DELIVERY:

These Terms and Conditions apply to single orders amounting to below $300.00 (subject to minimum order as defined below) that are placed with The Banana Leaf Apolo website or through our delivery hotline at : 63111 9111 or WhatsApp 8399 9111 each, an “order”

Minimum order size is $50
Delivery time is between 1 – 2 hours.
Islandwide delivery of each order to a single delivery point with the following exceptions :
Minimum order of $100 applies for Jurong Industrial Area/ Tuas/ Changi & Loyang, Ocean Drive (Sentosa), Marina Bay Sands / Seletar Area.
A delivery charge of $4 applies for addresses between 2-5 kms.
A delivery charge of $6 applies for addresses between 5-10 kms
A delivery charge of $8 applies for addresses above 10km
Our site will prompt you or our hotline personnel will inform you if our system determines that you fall within the above areas.
Last order time is at 8.30pm 
During periods of heavy rain, delivery time/ charges may vary.
We accept delivery orders 2 days in advance.
Credit card information is required for advance orders.
Cancellations made to advance orders less than 2 hours prior to delivery time will incur 50% cancellation charge
Payment on delivery via calls is by cash only.
We have limited slots for deliveries & may be unable to accept new orders if the slots are full.
No Service charge is added to Delivery orders.
All menus are subject to availability.

TAKE-AWAY ORDER:

Alternatively, call us on 6333 6111 to place a Take-away order. It takes between 30 – 45 minutes to prepare all orders.
No Service charge is added to Take – Away orders.
